2 things you could have mentioned. Firstly is the mic socket on the TX TRS or TRRS? Have you tried it with a Lav mic to see what the NR is like on the signal? Secondly how do you get the recording off the unit and what format/quality is it recorded in? Is it useable?
Built in is a TRS port. I did not like the sound when connecting a Lav mic. Connecting it to my PC there was no audio backup. The only way to get the audio was through the receiver output.

You should do a review on the new ulanzi u-mic as well. I think its priced around the same but has built in memory for saving tracks as well. I'm trying to decide between both of these mics. The 7artisans does seem to pick up a little background noise though as you can kind of hear this slight hissing sound.
I should, but I am almost running out of money. I bought the Sony a6700, the iPhone 15 Pro, the Sony A7C II (getting it next week) and so much more gear. So I first have to make some money back... Please consider subscribing. Back to your suggestion: I would NOT recommend buying the 7Artisans. Is there a way to use this microphone and a battery pack at the same time on an iPhone?
Do you mean leaving it in the battery pack while recording?
Did it mute the speaker of the iPhone while the receiver is plugged in?
Yes, it actually does mute the speaker.
Next week I will be testing the new BOYA BY-WMic5-M4 Wireless Microphone Set. Let's hope they don't mute it

The reverb mode is a rather odd feature. Who is using that? Kind of odd.
