    Great discussion and explanation of the “whys” behind what you do. I’m always impressed with the way even my 3KG retains heat as a roast progresses and how that works. It’s very difficult in these machines to scorch or tip unless I’m really trying. It’s very predictable and controllable.
    Great job on the removable chaff can lid. I wish mine had that feature. That and the quench system.
    I’ve done somewhere near a thousand batches in my MCR-3. An excellent machine, and very well designed. I’m sure the -60 is equally as good.

    Any plans to incorporate an HMI using programmable PLC with internal memory for different recipes?
