I sincerely enjoy the coy smile Bridgette has when talking about Bella. The relationships in this town are so magical. The way a centuries old Nightshade witch shows affection to a mortal woman, the way that woman shyly expresses her own interest, the menagerie keeper, the tea mistress... it's all made with such care and attention to detail, this should have a larger following than Game of Thrones.

It's really fun and clever being put into the role of "cupid" for the pair. I love how Goodnight Moon makes the POV more of a side character than the main hero, like a wayward Marx Brother wandering into a story much bigger than them.

I would just LOVE to go through your attic, just to be able to witness all the vast antiques and historical looking items you have for your props. They are just so pretty looking. Also, I am absolutely LOVING this series you have going atm. If this was made into a book, I promise you, I'd be one of the first of your many subscribers to buy the whole series :p Your acting is superb and the effort, time, care, love and genuine fun you have just exudes through every character in this series. Theory: Every single character we met so far is the same person. She's actually a goddess of this world, who's fallen in love with the mysterious traveler. She appears everywhere the traveler goes just so they can spend time together.
After reading another comment on a similar subject I totally realized that in your first video with Evangeline she expresses that she is very cautious about who she hands out dragon eggs to, and the story here perfectly rationalizes that! I'm also starting to think some of those props like the antique glasses you showed off as props for a future video will somehow involve that menagerie you mention here... Well done as always.

wait a second. - Eva's dragon died long before the witches had reached their full power - the tavern girl personally remembers this event occurring - Bella is over a hundred and witches are either immortal or capable of living for centuries, Bella said mortals were different from witches who are you, tavern girl?!?!
I love how each of these characters make side comments or statements about other characters in a way very much of their character, there's certainly nothing simple about this tavern girl, her perception dedication and kindness is heartwarming, thank you for another great video.
Judging from your other videos with the witch personas too, you look like a talented actor. I usually don't like "roleplay" type asmr as (for me) they come across a bit too cheesy. But you really make these characters appear genuine and natural. edit: after watching your menagerie vid, I am even more convinced that you are a great actor. Seriously impressive.

Erin, when Eva shows us the Hackleberry egg in the first video of her, she says that she would never show an egg to someone she didn't believe to be a good fit, but she is also looking to trade it at the same time. Does that mean that she blames herself in some part to what happened to her dragon, and doesn't trust herself to be the best caretaker of the young Hackleberry? If so, my heart is broken. 😭
It took two days and several viewings, but I got through it all. I keep falling asleep. I suppose that's one of the points, so great work! And I think I know the next part of the quest, and a key for a side quest. Follow the Lymrost into the woods. Very exciting. Although, under normal circumstances I try to stay away from being lured into the woods. Thanks for all you do.
Oh dear. I was just rewatching the first Willow video and was listening to the dragon egg bit. Evangeline said that the dragon would be docile, j u s t l i k e h e r m o t h e r. How long does it take for dragon eggs to hatch?? Is that the egg of Eva's poisoned dragon?!
Okay so now this is officially a fandom and i'm falling asleep imagining stories about those characters. This is amazing work, I am speechless! So much effort, the acting, the scenario, the speech, the makeup and setting... I wasn't able to fall asleep in the middle of any video. I had to watch them all till the end.
Whenever I see a person/ character this nice and gentle, i dont know if i just have trust issues but, i assume theres an ulterior motive or they will betray you in the most damaging way possible. I have to say your roleplays are my absolute favourites. You blow me away with each and every one.
How does Brigitte know about Eva and Bella's childhood if they're centuries old? She even says that it felt /to her/ that Eva was gone for a long time, but Eva's disappearance after her dragon was poisoned took place before the witch's powers were at their current level.
Wild theory: The Innkeeper also has magical abilities. She claims to have cooly talked a dangerous witch into sparing her life for a fruit. Now she has a sort of business partnership with Belladonna (or even more? ;) She has an ancient recipe book that looks similar to Evangeline's spellbook. What kind of peasant girl can READ? Adding rare and magical ingredients to her dishes is perfectly normal for her. She even knows some basics about arcane theories! The Innkeeper seems way too comfortable with all these supernatural things going on.
I know right? Plus i think the character is older than she looks. I mean she seems to know the two (immortal?) witches for quite some time. Maybe her friend (or more?) Bella has helped her with the thread of youth :-)

My sister always used to say I was weird when I watched ASMR but yesterday I showed her your Babblebrook series and she is in love. She binged the first six in one day and is now very emotionally attached to all the characters. She couldn't believe it when I told her that your sets weren't greenscreen and insisted that I tell her stories about Nightshade and Bridgett. Thank you so much for putting so much love and effort into your videos!
In all seriousness, though, not only is this little shared ASMR universe really cool, but in my opinion this traveler is the most interesting character. While the tavern girl is certainly a great character who's very knowledgable of the kingdom and its inhabitants, I feel like the traveler is a mysterious badass. He (or she, I don't think it's been established) is a blacksmith who has encountered a mermaid with the unwitting wisdom not to touch their crystals. They even met the Willow Witch before meeting the tavern girl, so they were already acquainted. AND they also met the Nightshade Witch for a hex for revenge, but they evidently have been there before for (supposedly) another hex which required "drops of [their] victim's blood". Not only this, BUT they also knew to trade something valuable to her for her goods. So this blacksmith has done this TWICE. My question is...what on earth were the circumstances that brought the smith to the witch the second time around for this little revenge?? Whew... Sorry for this lengthy text. That being said, I absolutely LOVE these videos, Erin! I look forward to watching more from this little world you created :)
Although no one knows, I am secretly the queen of a far off land whose kingdom has been brought under siege by a powerful enemy. At the last minute, as the enemy closed in and we knew that our battered armies could last no longer, my loyal council persuaded me to leave my country behind, to save myself and my bloodline. They smuggled me out of the country alone, as more than one person would be too easily caught, and I pledged to return someday to liberate my people and reclaim and my rightful place as their merciful and beloved queen. I have been on a long and difficult journey ever since, posing as a lowly vagabond and searching for something or someone that could aid me in my quest. I had nearly lost hope when I came upon the Babblebrook Inn and its sweet innkeeper, whose kindness and warmth were a comfort and an inspiration to me. I found the strength to resume my quest, and went to visit the witches she directed me too, hoping they would offer some aid. I went to the Willow Witch for protection spells and other magical items which I believed would be of use for me, and ordered a curse for the leader of my enemy from the Nightshade Witch. If all goes according to plan, perhaps I will be able to bring these powerful women together, and with them as my allies, I will finally be able to take back my kingdom. And then, of course, I will return as a queen to the Babblebrook Inn, where the fair innkeeper awaits, and I will repay her kindness in full. My plan is to woe her and bring her to my kingdom to rule by my side, where she will receive all the riches she desires and be waited on as she deserves. But if she would prefer to stay in her beloved inn, I would simply make it my official royal vacation spot. Having a queen as a guest has got to be good for business.

I love how each of these characters make side comments or statements about other characters in a way very much of their character, there's certainly nothing simple about this tavern girl, her perception dedication and kindness is heartwarming, thank you for another great video.
Judging from your other videos with the witch personas too, you look like a talented actor. I usually don't like "roleplay" type asmr as (for me) they come across a bit too cheesy. But you really make these characters appear genuine and natural.
edit: after watching your menagerie vid, I am even more convinced that you are a great actor. Seriously impressive.

Usually I come here for tingles, nice ASMR sounds etc. But this series is something so different than anything else - I enjoy the story you create, it almost feels like a good fantasy movie. I absolutely love it and I really hope there will be more of it on your channel. This is really creative!

Erin, when Eva shows us the Hackleberry egg in the first video of her, she says that she would never show an egg to someone she didn't believe to be a good fit, but she is also looking to trade it at the same time.
Does that mean that she blames herself in some part to what happened to her dragon, and doesn't trust herself to be the best caretaker of the young Hackleberry?

It took two days and several viewings, but I got through it all. I keep falling asleep. I suppose that's one of the points, so great work! And I think I know the next part of the quest, and a key for a side quest. Follow the Lymrost into the woods. Very exciting. Although, under normal circumstances I try to stay away from being lured into the woods. Thanks for all you do.
Oh dear. I was just rewatching the first Willow video and was listening to the dragon egg bit. Evangeline said that the dragon would be docile, j u s t l i k e h e r m o t h e r. How long does it take for dragon eggs to hatch?? Is that the egg of Eva's poisoned dragon?!

Okay so now this is officially a fandom and i'm falling asleep imagining stories about those characters. This is amazing work, I am speechless! So much effort, the acting, the scenario, the speech, the makeup and setting... I wasn't able to fall asleep in the middle of any video. I had to watch them all till the end.
Whenever I see a person/ character this nice and gentle, i dont know if i just have trust issues but, i assume theres an ulterior motive or they will betray you in the most damaging way possible.
I have to say your roleplays are my absolute favourites. You blow me away with each and every one.

How does Brigitte know about Eva and Bella's childhood if they're centuries old? She even says that it felt /to her/ that Eva was gone for a long time, but Eva's disappearance after her dragon was poisoned took place before the witch's powers were at their current level.
Wild theory: The Innkeeper also has magical abilities. She claims to have cooly talked a dangerous witch into sparing her life for a fruit. Now she has a sort of business partnership with Belladonna (or even more? ;) She has an ancient recipe book that looks similar to Evangeline's spellbook. What kind of peasant girl can READ? Adding rare and magical ingredients to her dishes is perfectly normal for her. She even knows some basics about arcane theories! The Innkeeper seems way too comfortable with all these supernatural things going on.
I know right? Plus i think the character is older than she looks. I mean she seems to know the two (immortal?) witches for quite some time. Maybe her friend (or more?) Bella has helped her with the thread of youth :-)
She is probably the "Cooking Witch" or witch of the forest? But good theory though. She does seem to know a lot and is very comfortable with magic.

My sister always used to say I was weird when I watched ASMR but yesterday I showed her your Babblebrook series and she is in love. She binged the first six in one day and is now very emotionally attached to all the characters. She couldn't believe it when I told her that your sets weren't greenscreen and insisted that I tell her stories about Nightshade and Bridgett. Thank you so much for putting so much love and effort into your videos!
In all seriousness, though, not only is this little shared ASMR universe really cool, but in my opinion this traveler is the most interesting character. While the tavern girl is certainly a great character who's very knowledgable of the kingdom and its inhabitants, I feel like the traveler is a mysterious badass. He (or she, I don't think it's been established) is a blacksmith who has encountered a mermaid with the unwitting wisdom not to touch their crystals. They even met the Willow Witch before meeting the tavern girl, so they were already acquainted. AND they also met the Nightshade Witch for a hex for revenge, but they evidently have been there before for (supposedly) another hex which required "drops of [their] victim's blood". Not only this, BUT they also knew to trade something valuable to her for her goods. So this blacksmith has done this TWICE. My question is...what on earth were the circumstances that brought the smith to the witch the second time around for this little revenge??

Although no one knows, I am secretly the queen of a far off land whose kingdom has been brought under siege by a powerful enemy. At the last minute, as the enemy closed in and we knew that our battered armies could last no longer, my loyal council persuaded me to leave my country behind, to save myself and my bloodline. They smuggled me out of the country alone, as more than one person would be too easily caught, and I pledged to return someday to liberate my people and reclaim and my rightful place as their merciful and beloved queen. I have been on a long and difficult journey ever since, posing as a lowly vagabond and searching for something or someone that could aid me in my quest. I had nearly lost hope when I came upon the Babblebrook Inn and its sweet innkeeper, whose kindness and warmth were a comfort and an inspiration to me. I found the strength to resume my quest, and went to visit the witches she directed me too, hoping they would offer some aid. I went to the Willow Witch for protection spells and other magical items which I believed would be of use for me, and ordered a curse for the leader of my enemy from the Nightshade Witch. If all goes according to plan, perhaps I will be able to bring these powerful women together, and with them as my allies, I will finally be able to take back my kingdom. And then, of course, I will return as a queen to the Babblebrook Inn, where the fair innkeeper awaits, and I will repay her kindness in full. My plan is to woe her and bring her to my kingdom to rule by my side, where she will receive all the riches she desires and be waited on as she deserves. But if she would prefer to stay in her beloved inn, I would simply make it my official royal vacation spot. Having a queen as a guest has got to be good for business.
Whoops! That pearl barrette is actually mine. Can't let her know that, though, or she'll suspect me... maybe I'll keep it with her, and someday when I'm queen again, I'll tell her she can have it :)

I think your acting talents are phenomenal to embody all these characters and embed them with such a sense of truth that they almost feel real. I would love to see more from this series like the other characters like the Queen? maybe even writing a book?
