That's the SL life. You gotta direct team members personally sometimes. But if they don't listen to direct asks, they get a kick warning, then a kick. You quickly find all the selfish players in the server on the unassigned list and if the server is setup well, they get auto kicked for being unassigned for too long. Works well.

It's alright, after 2 rounds in a server I usually have a decently coordinated squad!
