A great tutorial but a bit overwhelming with the amount of material you covered. I'm happy to see the time stamps to locate some of the topics you discussed. Unless i misunderstood, in the beginning of the video you directed the audience to go online to squarespace and follow along, perhaps to have us experience the actual navigating to the tools used to create the website. But, unless I stopped and started the video several times, I would never be able to keep up with the pace of your demonstration, so I just sat back and listened. I'll probably go back, rewind, and view the tutorial a few times before I attempt to create a website on squarespace. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.

thanks for this video. It was very helpful and i liked so many of the tips you added as you went. I am pretty much a beginner, but I have used the weebly website before and was able to have dropdown menus or sub-pages. My website is a non profit that runs classes each day and I want to be able to have a general info daily page, and then a separate page for each days classes with a description. This parent or dropdown menu method doesnt seem to be an option with squarespace, so would I have to do links etc as u cant imagine that navigation would want heaps of separate pages on the list etc.

Great video! Question: What’s the best practices for using sections off the home page vs. pages? I’m trying to figure out when to use one or the other. Are sections just previews or excerpts of linked content? I haven’t been able to find this info anywhere, probably because it’s hard to articulate the question. Hope it makes sense.
