I got very agitated after 30 mins
I think it's normal, mind and body have to be trained gradually to endure longer sessions.
Happens. Don't worry about it. I know it sounds weird for a relaxing activity but like the calming breathing is soothing but the "mindfullness" is just about whatever is happening. So if your agitated all good. You were agitated. No stress. You were mindfully agitated.
You did it right
It is also really aggravating to sit still for 45mins. No need to stress about it. If it helps you can do a 20min one.
I play these longer videos before sleep and first thing waking up. Literally a lifesaver. Love this channel ❤ no muss no fuss. And his voice is like a warm hug. But not to warm and I love it.
Me too. I got itchy and my thoughts were all over the place. Maybe it's like weightlifting. You max out the muscle capacity with a certain number of reps, then next week you're stronger. Hopefully....

I practiced this meditation for the first time this morning. It is just what I have been looking for. Straightforward, voice is pleasant (not robotic), and I can recall on the techniques to increase my mindfulness during the day. So happy that this is a full 45 min guided meditation, no chatter. Thank you for this. I will doing the longer sessions too.
