Aaj kal 2 wheeler pe 5 years ka insurance hota hai but 1 saal full insurance aur baki k 4 saal humein ek insurance add-on karana hota hai iske baare me bhi batayiye aur ye renewal policy bazaar pe 300-400 me ho jata hai to ye kitna sahi h?

Jo insurance bike showroom wale dete hai wo 3rd party insurance hota hai yaa 1st party? Mandatory hota hai means 3rd party, right?
Par jab bike accident hota hai to bahut log insurance claim karte hai to kya wo comprehensive insurance liye hue the? Aur showroom mein insurance kitne saal ke dete hai aur kitna lagta hai on average 1 saal ka?
1 saal ka first party hota hai aur 3 ya 5 saal ka third party hota hai,

More important thing is in respect of 5 years or older vehicles. Insurers do not issue comprehensive policy for such vehicles. Plz enlighten us.
Plz make separate videos on topics like zero dep policies, first party, cashless settlements, add-ons, accessories like bumpers etc, so on n so forth.
I fail to understand the logic behind increase in premium if insurance is claimed. I.e. no claim bonus will not be given. Does it not nullify the very concept of indemnifying the damages of the insured ? further, does it not go against spirit of of insurance ? If it does so, then this clause has to be challenged in courts as it is against the interests of the consumers.
One can take NCB protect Add On, then he can enjoy the existing ' No Claim Bonus ' in spite of claim

Sab party ka karwaye te 5 years phele mera bike ka accident hoghaya tha dealer walon ne mujse keha ki bike ka insurance claim nhi hota bas police challan se bachne ke liye insurance karwana phadta hai, jab bike ka insurance claim hi nhi kar sakte hai tho insurance banane ka kya payda, aaj tak samjha nhi🤔🤔🤔

I have a situation, i bought an Xpulse 200 4v on may 2023 and met with an accident on june 29 while going for registration of the bike and hospitalized for 2 weeks and registration did not happened and was unable to claim insurance. Now I got RC and its like 3months from now, so is it possible to claim it now
