as Sri Damodarashtakam, which has been spoken by the sage Satyavrata and which attracts Lord Damodara."

lasat-kuṇḍalaṁ gokule bhrājamanam
yaśodā-bhiyolūkhalād dhāvamānaṁ
parāmṛṣṭam atyantato drutya gopyā

rudantaṁ muhur netra-yugmaṁ mṛjantam
karāmbhoja-yugmena sātaṅka-netram
muhuḥ śvāsa-kampa-trirekhāṅka-kaṇṭha-

itīdṛk sva-līlābhir ānanda-kuṇḍe
sva-ghoṣaṁ nimajjantam ākhyāpayantam

_To the supreme controller, who possesses an eternal form of blissful knowledge, whose glistening earrings swing to n fro, who manifested himself in Gokula, who stole the butter that the gopis kept hanging frm the rafters of thr store rooms n who thn quickly jumped up n ran in retreat in fear of Mother Yashoda, but ws ultimately caught. To that Supreme Lord, Shri Damodara, i offer my humble obeisances_ 🙏

_Upon seeing his mother's whipping stick, he cried n rubbed his eyes again n again with his two lotus hands. His eyes wr fearful n his breathing quick, n as Mother Yashoda bound his belly with ropes, he shivered in fright n his pearl necklace shook. To this Supreme Lord, Shri Damodara, i offer my humble obeisances_ 🙏

_Those lovely pastimes of Lord Krishna's childhood drowned the inhabitants of Gokula in pools of ecstasy. To the devotees who r attracted only to his majestic aspect of Narayana in Vaikuntha, the Lord reveals: “I'm conquered n overwhelmed by pure loving devotion.” To the Supreme Lord Damodara, my obeisances 💯s n 💯s of times_ 🙏

न चान्यं वृणेऽहं वरेशादपीह

_O Lord, although u can give all kinds of benedictions, i do not pray to u fr liberation, nor eternal life in Vaikuntha, nor any other boon. My only prayer is that this form of urs as Bal Gopal in Vrindavan n ur childhood pastimes may constantly appear in my mind n heart_ 🙏

_O Lord, the cheeks of ur lotus face, encircled by locks of curly hair, hv bcm reddened like bimba fruits due to Mother Yashoda's kisses. Wht more can i describe thn this? Millions of opulences r of no use to me, but may this vision constantly remain in my mind_ 🙏

_O Lord Damodara, in ur form as a baby, Mother Yashoda bound u to a grinding stone with a rope. U then freed the sons of Kubera, Manigriva n Nalakubera (who wr cursed by Narada to stand as trees) n gave them the chance to bcm ur great devotees. Plz bless me the same way. I long for this n hv no desire fr any kind of liberation_ 🙏
