It would be a toss up between the Browns (local team) and the Raiders (fave team) for me. Browns always seem to be making bone-headed personnel and/or financial moves while the Raiders can never seem to have success with any roster or staff combinations.
cardinals make for a good rebuild to! not a whole alot of big talent, but got a few young talent (MHJ, Mcbride, Benson) also few young pieces that can be good if your patient (Ojulari, Robinson, Clark, Adams) then you also have to decide to stick with kylar or move on from him
I usually prefer coach. I tend to be less interested in the owner aspect, but it’s just personal preference! Loved playing out careers of active players, but they just had to take that out of franchise mode because of superstar

I’d put the entire NFC West as #13, every team is just a couple pieces away from being a great team.
