The logic of taking the pact in short term is to basically have that person avoid attacking them. So yusufi attacks you, then to avoid you attacking him, send the pact, then when you attack someone else, he can follow up. It’s basically meaningless I think you take the pacts to heart a little too much lol it doesn’t really mean anything
