Basically everything people refuse to do in most SoloQ games

And this is why I love being a support. Nothing feels better than giving my team so much vision that they can then make those decisions. Finishing the game with 120 vision score while the enemy support has 60. 😎
Granted, my team often don’t do anything with it and still walk into places we know the enemy is just to die or overstay when we saw the enemy coming.. but in theory it’s there so they can make good choices 😂

wanna explain how do you get 120 when enemy gets 6?
Where is you'r points income from? At this point enemy laners have 20-34 vision score, and support 6. Which is not possible... so either you're ego toping. Or lying.
Im not saying it's not possible, but if enemy support dont have vision score, you cant get over 100. My personal best was 240 (also longest game), and enemy in same game got 200. Which is not a normal thing.
so basically if enemy is warding, you get points as well from orcale/pinks
If enemy is not warding you can get max 1,8/min and about 3.5 at almost perfect performance from BOTH supports + decend laners

I began playing support cuz the supports in my games had been so bad that I became one so other people wouldn't suffer the same fate.

You can do this in solo queue if you play support/top/adc but you probably don’t. I’m grandmaster and even I’m surprised how often my teammates and enemies don’t manage waves and don’t track the opposing jungler themselves.

Vision is the most important aspect of the game and yet is the least cared about in soloq

    • @a.v.y8331

it's not that people don't care in soloq (I mean in like master+, below that people do whatever tbh), it's that it's much harder to control vision in soloq.
pros have voice comms that allow jg and support to facecheck brushes and move into fog much better and more easily than in soloq, and teams can coordinate much better which sector of the map they're clearing and setting up vision. this snowballs into being able to periodically set and reset vision over and over again in different parts of the map since you have a better idea of where the enemy team is and whether you're safe doing what you're doing.
soloq by nature is just more disorganised and therefore way harder to set up vision, and the cost of setting up vision is also much higher. you can die very easily as a lone champ and you can't rely on your team to back you up on a hair trigger when setting up vision. also, compared to pro play soloq is waaaay worse at DEFENDING vision. again, this comes down to being more disorganised. in soloq there's at minimum three different ideas going on at the same time - what the jungler wants to do, what the support wants to do, and what the toplaner wants to do. in pro there's one shotcaller. by being more spread out, defending the set up vision is also much less reliable and more difficult, so it becomes less valuable to do so

its 14 years of league and supports still push lanes without warding. some things never change. wards used to cost gold.

Vision is important period, just casual / low elo don’t want / know how to use it. Also in order Support/jungle/mid/top/adc job to ward and maintain vision, where in non pro play it stops at jungle…. lol

How I wish that Riot punishes players for ward griefing (having low number of wards placed/cleared versus how much the enemy team has placed).
As a Master Jungler (and a player since Jan 2010), there is nothing worse than a monkey player that has micro but zero macro.
