@@Theboredgod I meant Mono using his powers against other enemies in the game like the Teacher and the class of Bullies or those mannequins. After posting the comment I figured he simply just hated using his powers but only used them here because Thin Man stood in his way of getting to Six. Also as someone else commented, Mono is too pure and wholesome to want to actually use his powers too much
