材料:2个鸡腿肉、1勺酱油、1粒鸡蛋、3勺玉米淀粉
辣椒泥:10瓣蒜、4粒洋葱、4条去籽红辣椒、2勺食用油、2茶勺盐、少许洋葱丝
1)把鸡肉去骨切块,加入1勺酱油、3勺玉米淀粉抓均匀腌制
2)10瓣蒜、4粒洋葱、4条去籽红辣椒、2勺食用油搅成泥
3)热锅热油把鸡肉炸至金黄色捞出
4)锅留底油,爆香辣椒泥至深红色,加入2茶勺盐炒一炒
5)倒入鸡块快速翻炒均匀即可
6)装盘撒上洋葱丝就可以开吃啦❤️
