  • In this video I talk about creating 360 degree photos, posting them to Facebook, and what to do if for some reason Facebook isn't recognizing your image as a 360° pano.
To create these images you can use a DJI drone, like the Mavic Mini 3 Pro, which I use in this video. Or other popular 360 cameras like the Inst360 x3 or GoPro Max.
Many times when you edit a 360° photo, the editing software will inadvertently strip out the meta data that tells Facebook, and other sharing platforms, how to display your 360 image. But not to worry, I will show you how to restore the meta data in your image and get it displaying properly on Facebook.

Hey man thank you for this video. I am using mavic 3. What are you using to stitch your photos before putting on fb. My final photo keeps coming out cylindrical. It's not allowing to me to use submit equirectangular in the free app. Can you help??

Hmmm, if you're shooting in 360 Panorama mode, the images should all be stitched for you, right inside the DJI app.
