Love your hair, Pippi. Am sorry you stopped the YT and RV DIY content....you were pretty inspirational to so many of us. I'm sure you are still as inspirational, but in other areas now. Wishing you well in your journey, no matter where life takes you!!!
Hi Pippi. Haven’t seen you in well, about a year, according to this video. I hope all is well with you. Please give us an update and let us know what you’re up to and how you’re doing.
Looks like she has given up the RV life, her IG posts all appear to be at a house now and her website has no content either. Shame since I just found her via her 30amp conversion videos.

@@richardli8634 ohh.. well, i remembered her today and search for her channel trough my subscriptions.. i started to have a lack of interest since she change her old class A to the newer camper with 4x4 pick up.

Hi Peppi I really appreciate you and the work your doing encouraging people, myself included to been comfortable living in an RV. Mine is a 19’ Scamp Gooseneck. Hi there, haven't watched you in a few years started before you danced,in the bounder. Been out in my 6x12 converted cargo trailer since 11-2018. Either boondocking in Arizona or parked on friends property in Washington now also converted a 15 passenger van into a stand alone unit. I tell everyone I now have a 2 bedroom condo on wheels. I enjoyed your fridge/ freezer review. I have a larger dual zone one similar to yours. Being larger it has the option of pulling the center baffle and it converts to either a complete fridge or a freezer. I have a 4.7 cu 120v fridge in the trailer and the other unit is used as a freezer in the van. I run both units off my solar systems 760 wts on trailer 720 was on van. In WA. Heading to Arizona next week. Good seeing you again
Pippi it’s so great to see you again. I like the bangs. I have accumulated so many subscriptions that my old friends Channels have been swamped. … I have a similar but smaller Bouge model. By the way, you should get higher efficiency running it on the DC line. I will have to watch your Bluetti vid as I’ve heard good things about them and the LiFePO4 battery system. 😇
Good to see you out and about making a video. Last I saw you you were selling the 5th wheel maybe and building a house by your dad or where you grew up or something. New dog maybe. I hope everything is going good in your life. You're a real self starter.
Living in central FL the temps float under and above 100F for 3 months of the year. I could use one of those. It would be nice to get my butter home before it and the wrapper become one.

We miss seeing and hearing from you, wish you'd give us an update on you and the kids ( pearl and Bucky) .... Springtime road trip.... Or home projects...... Pippi I'll stay sub'd patiently hope you're doing well and are finding what you're looking for.....
I'm wondering how you like your bouge refrigerator now because after only a couple months two different ones have not been able to hold a consistent temperature. We worked with the manufacturer when we started having problems with the first one and they eventually sent us a new refrigerator freezer but the second one is also doing the same thing. It doesn't keep the temperature anywhere near the setting point and when we put our own thermometer inside, which we have calibrated to be accurate, the display temperature and the temperature our thermometer picks up are also usually widely different. We only use it on freezer setting now because at least if you have it set on zero and you wake up and it's 20°. That's a lot better than having it set on 38 to use the refrigerator function and waking up with all your food at 50° or more
I have a bougerv refrigerator and I use it for camping primitive and I do have Bluetti solar battery and solar panels and I charge it only with solar. Just a suggestion when using the refrigerator plug it in with your 12V DC cigarette plug your battery will work more efficiently than when using the AC. Plus you don’t have to use that charger block either.
The real benefit to that type of portable refrigerator is that it's compressor driven rather than thermoelectric. There are two types of portable ice chests, compressor driven and thermal electric. The thermoelectric ones work fine, they use a solid state and use a device known as a peltier chip. The problem with solid state refrigerators is that they're only capable of cooling to about 50° below ambient, that means if it's sitting in 100° Sun the best it's going to do is cool down to about 50° and it's going to take it awhile. The benefit is they are solid state and they can operate in any orientation without damage. Compressor driven ice chests utilize a compressor just like your household refrigerator, they cool down faster than a solid state refrigeration and can cool down even on hot days. There is one significant drawback to compressor driven ice chests, you cannot allow them to tilt more than about 15° in other words you need to keep them as level as possible. They're not as bad as absorption refrigerators but they still need to be kept fairly level, these used sealed compressors that have a reservoir for lubricating oil when you tilt them that lubricating oil runs out of the sealed reservoir. Meaning if you try to run it it will run without lubrication or low on lubrication which will either immediately kill it or do significant damage. So if you have one of these compressor driven ice chests the only thing you need to remember is to keep them as level as possible and if you do tilt one on it side you need to let it sit for at least 24 hours before plugging it back in.
i will also have to add, neat hair-do. just started to get back to watching RV channels again, been a busy year or so. going to cycle back and catch up on yours.

Hi I just got a camper fifth wheel and it working on it myself and it payed very little for it and so I’m going to be rebuilding it all alone 😉I would love a little tips on what it could do to fix it up we’re it not going to cost a arm and leg I have cabinet that it have picked out and it planning on fiberglass the whole thing top too bottom
Good vid. Refrigerator temperature should be - Below 41 degrees at all times. Nsf 7 Regulations. preferable set temp is 35 degree's. cycling betwen 35-40 degrees. Freezer - 1) General Frozen Food Storage - should be 0-10 degrees F. 2) ice cream - should be " 0 " degrees for ice cream to be scoopable & firm. 3) Water freezes at 32 degrees F. remember to Not Block the Air vents. You Might want to do a power consumption check. Running the unit on 12 Volts Might be its most efficient Power selection since the compresssor is Most likely a Danfoss 3.5 or 5.0 compressor. These are 12 volt compressors used in the Marine industry. Using the A/c Converter May have loss converting the 115 volt into 12 volts since transformers can be very inefficient. Try Running it one day( 12 Hrs ) on 115. Record energy usage with Red Box. Try the Next Day on Cigarette lighter plug. ( 12 hrs ) Check / Clean condenser every Month. check to see if u can see daylight thru it with a flashlight. it can be blown out with air. or better yet Washed with a Pump sprayer to remove dirt on condenser fins & tubing. u can use 409 or simple gren to remove dirt & grime off condenser. a Dirty condenser wil cause poor operation , high energy usage & burn up compressor.
Yes, true. $50 at the big Mart. They laughed at me when I took out the Little left rear sear in my Jeep. Got a $69 inverter at HF. Now I’m takin out the passenger seat and setting the Bouge refer there. Spouse can sit in back with her sister and make sandwiches.
When running off of battery, plug it into one of those DC ports, not the ac one. It will draw even less power because the power does not need to be converted to 120v. That conversion to ac is not 100% efficient.
All true, except when it comes to cord length. DC efficiency drops quickly over distance. That is why we have AC in our homes thanks to Tesla, and not power stations every 2 miles if Edison had gotten his way. In other words if you use an long extension cord the AC mode might be better.
