The haemolacria upon picking up mongo cells, was probably from having boiled baby as your familiar, due to it having the splash tear effect like heamolacria.

Mongo Cells is a badass item. You get the effects of all your familiars. For example, if you got Little Steven, you'd get his homing. For Boiled Baby you just get Haemo. And that stacks...
I had a dream where the Lamb fight was somewhat like Delirium, in that you fought disheveled bosses from previous floors, with Lamb standing on its island in two pieces, and it took a long time to beat. I thought it was real and I wish it was real :(

Started playing with the first Binding of Isaac and played pretty heavily until Afterbirth came out. Life came and I moved on until recently I got a random recommendation for your videos. Your reactions reminded me of how much I enjoyed the game and so I've started replaying again. Still on Afterbirth but maybe I'll upgrade one of these days! Mongo cells was probably the coolest item here. Copying how your familiar attacks is a really cool concept. I feel like it would be cooler if it changed frome floor to floor. Wonder how the other familiars effect it? What about buddy in a box?
idk if this was already documented/known about, but in my recent tainted Eden run, I found an infinite item break. If you have Pound of Flesh, and go into either the mirror dimension, or are just playing as the lost, as well as some form of restock (either the item, or utilizing a restock machine but the item is preferable), you can simply stand overtop of an item in the shop, and keep picking up the item that spawns, thus getting infinite items.
I have a wrath of the lamb (eternal edition) save file on steam. I went in balls deep from 0 unlocks to currently around 70% unlocks while dealing with all the struggles of flash eternal isaac. It was also my first experience to flash isaac
I have repentance on my steam account. On my phone it’s interesting. I am currently playing rebirth, needing raw liver to real plat god my 2nd save file. Once I’m done with all 3, I will upgrade to afterbirth, full clear that, and so on. UPDATE: the next day, I got real platinum god for the 2nd save file. Wish me luck in the 3rd! I personally got introduced to isaac back during the flash era through videos when I was very little and I didnt even understand anything. When I was about 13 I bought Rebirth, and after that Ive bought every DLC and obtained the 100% on each (except repentance, still working on that xD) And actually, yesterday I bought flash isaac and im having a blast. Im planning without any dlc but ill gradually add wrath of the lamb and eternal edition. It has a cool charm to it since its more simple than Isaac nowadays. Really really cool

The time for me to play Isaac has started with your videos actually. I played it like 5 years ago when no dlc's existed and got pretty far getting all marks with like 3 characters but never finished. Now though I am inspired and determined to hit at least one dead god file :)

Ok so i started playing isaac about 2 years ago now, and the way I started playing was in rebirth, then after getting the majority of the unlocks i moved to afterbirth/afterbirth+, and doing the same thing for repentance. it was actually a super fun way of playing cause then i got to experience every "stage" of isaac

i recently hit a pretty big goal in isaac, i won 100 runs in a row, kept going and died at 108 after i ended up facing minmin with no passive items or bombs, it was fun though, i have new respect for items like fruit cake and have even faced scenarios where i risked everything just to have fun, hell i took cursed eye from death certificate for an ipecac quad shot build, which surprises me

I don't remember which ones which, but one infested pill summons flies based on amount of poop in the room and the other summons flies based off number of enemies iirc
at about 14:25 with the version convo, personally i started playing on nintendo switch but have moved to pc, about 400 to 500 hours in total between both now, ive always had ab+ but on my pc im planning on 100% completing ab+ then adding rep to that save, then doing a second save where i start with rep, although i gotta say, so many items ive unlocked i thought were just in rep but discovered are in ab+ lmao
It seems most people usually buy Base Rebirth because it's alot easier than Repentance, for example Pyromaniac was nerfed heavily in Repentance. It used to heal 1 heart but now it heals half.

I actually played rebirth for at least 10 hours before realizing that the DLCs existed so I played a I think for a few more hours to be sure I would want the DLC considering the time that would have to be put in to finish it. Now I have sunken into the rabbit hole and have reached 200 hours.
My first ever time having cursed eye it made my run so good that I didn’t know the downside of it cause I didn’t take damage while I was charging. So I just thought it was a charging item, until I has a run where I kept struggling cause I couldn’t figure out what was transporting me out of the boss room😂😂 imagine my surprise when I looked up all my items and found out about cursed eye lolol.
To answer the question about playing repentance, I don’t even have Isaac. I mainly buy games on my switch but it’s 40$ on switch and the dlc is 20$ more. I’ll probably buy it when I get a steam deck.
I played AB+ for a couple years and I got into it from watching Yub (an old fav RUclipsr of mine), but I didn't wanna buy Repentance until I 100%'d it. that was until I got into your videos and eventually caved, and lemme tell you it was SO worth it
