That has to be one of the best Wheelhouse layouts that I have seen. You can never have too much information on the bridge of a vessel. The more information available, the more informed your decisions are. One of the things that I learnt whilst serving in the Royal Navy, is that when it comes to being at sea and navigating through various hazards, you can never have too much information at your disposal.
John James As a USCG licensed Captain,I agree. But you have to know how to organize all that data into a useful plan of action.Knowing where yoy are is always nice, but the goal is to know how to safely, get to where you want to go.
Agree with Cornskid, sub 65 feet is the sweet spot, manageable by an experienced couple and avoids the need to take on board a pilot anywhere in the world bar Washington state who officially require a pilot even for a foreign flagged kayak and the Panama canal who similarly require a pilot for any transiting vessel.
The galley and salon are sub par. Everything else is amazing and impressive for her size. By today’s standard those two areas are key and in my opinion given the available Space are not fully utilized in this layout. Am I alone in this?
Bering . Is. One. Of the best steel. Yatch builders on this planet., If I had the money they would be. At the. Top of my list. To buy one... Especialy the bering77 is my choice or 80...
Now this is a boat to travel the ocean-all over the world. I really like the layout. I want it(smile). Can it be handle by a woman as her Captain? Great video
Do you have an updated hull design in the works? Similar to the 50, 60, or 75. The 65 is a great looking boat as it is. The interior colors and woods are very tasteful and unique. I would love to see how her lines would look with the other design. For me I've seen this look on so many boats. For the money I'm looking for something different yet brute! The sweeping lines from the bow are amazing. The 77 is my favorite from all of your vessels so far. Thanks
We have developed a more modern B65 last year. Her hull design has remained untouched, however we've made some changes to the exterior glass panels and portholes and interiors - www.beringyachts.com/model/bering-65-nomad/
So how did your 65 the 65 that was Built-in 2013 keeps stability I noticed it was a gyro stabilizer in the last rent of this one But in your 2013 build you had 2 freezers and and a scuba bottle storage and filling station so did you use Finn stabilizers on that 1 ?
Thank you for your interest in Bering 65! You can also check our new Bering 72! nbadhorse The American Ash varnished interiors were customized by Serge's owner. Given the fact that we are a semi-custom builder, we can use different types of wood according to the owner's wishes.
BeringYachts My comment looks more harsh than I intended. If you didn't give your customers what they wanted you wouldn't be in business. I get that. I was only stating my personal opinion. The Bering isn't the best of its class without reason.
+🚢 Bering Yachts Thank you very much, she is a gorgeous beast. Would love to see videos while underway and a video tour of both the interior and exterior.
As a Scandinavian I must say that nordhavn boats all of them pleases my Scandinavian Viking Blood if I compare them to any jot else in the world that have nothing on it they are the most beautiful and practical boats or yachts in the world
The rear half of the walkway is covered; the front upper portion is not - look up Nautistyle's review of the Bering 65' Explorer 2013. They go into great detail and you can see it's clearly covered over the lower rear half. I think the newer models have the full covering over the walkways. Quite amazing ships - I can't call them a mere boat - Bering Yachts are truly something special.
Although I liked the look of the engine room and the wheelhouse.the colour was to me very sick looking the lounge reminded me of my doctors waiting room sorry.
Добрый день, уважаемый Александр. Благодарим вас за интерес к яхтам Bering. Видео о Вering 65 "Serge" на русском языке вы можете найти по ссылке ruclips.net/video/kvaq_sRLq7A/видео.html
It might be the light wood colour scheme, that gives you the impression of coldness. Check out Bering 65 "Golden Mile" video, I think you might find the walnut varnish much more inviting :)
🚢 Bering Yachts I wouldn't bother with the negative comments. I have worked as assembler, machinist, and now a technician over the last 25 years and I know how to spot outstanding craftsmanship and attention to detail when I see it! I have got to say this has to be some of the best work that have ever seen. Can't wait to place a order one day myself.
The night photos are my FAVORITE! Thank you for sharing them.❤
Glad you like them!
3:19 min stairs and handrail... Fabulous. Not only for young people. Magnificent!

Amazing grace! Details; it's obvious, no nook or cranny has been taken
for granted with this ship.
I believe you may have achieved perfection with this yacht. Well done.
cornskid It's 200 feet too short !
Star Light Not for me. I love the thought of a luxury home that I can take anywhere in the world by myself.

a trully pieace of art...the perfection, amazing the Bering Crew!!
The lower helm looks absolutely amazing
Best looking Yacht i have ever laid eyes on. its a perfect vessel for Sea travel.
If I were going to sail across the Ocean it would be a Bering 80. I would trust my life in one
Super! It is much better than "Privateer Trawler" from "PrivateerYachts Shipyard" in Netherlands! Congratulation for owners and team BERING!
This boat is just masterpiece! my dream yacht :)
I love the Bering yachts and even though it’s 65 feet long it looks incredibly short being as tall as it is.
Thank you for your interest in Bering Yachts and Bering 65!

It sure can! All the Bering boats are fairly easy to maintain and operate.
The Good Life, I've been a Capt. for many years so don't sell yourself short and a 65' is just the beginning.

Very nice , one day maybe !
Espetacular!!!!!!!

I think the Bering 65 is the best in its class. But the color of the wood in Serge reminds me of a1950's mobile home interior. Pity.

When will we be able to see videos or at least pictures of the B 80 that was scheduled to launch in September?
B80 is almost completed. Scheduled for launch in April. We will have many photos and videos after the launch.
+🚢 Bering Yachts The suspense is killing me! Did the B80 launch yet? Can't wait for the sea trial pics and videos.
Jantony, you will be the first one to get the first photos from the launch, I promise. May 10th

Is that at 13:01 a giroscoop for stabilisation?
Can it be operated by one person????? How much????
Absolutely, 2.2mil. for a new one
No stabilization? Fins, gyro..?
I can't afford one now. However, can you advice me a ballpark figure for this beauty, so I can work toward it?
2,500,000 at least. Half of which is in the CIC. I mean the wheelhouse.
A proper boat with a decent engine room unlike Nordhavn,s over hyped boats.
You knocked two other boats off my dream list 😎
What is the name of the soundtrack?
As a Scandinavian I must say that nordhavn boats all of them pleases my Scandinavian Viking Blood if I compare them to any jot else in the world that have nothing on it they are the most beautiful and practical boats or yachts in the world
Well, I suppose you've never been on a Bering to experience the difference
I hate the yellow wood color. Love the deck layout and gear.
I am surprised that side walkways do not have a roof over them for rain protection.
The rear half of the walkway is covered; the front upper portion is not - look up Nautistyle's review of the Bering 65' Explorer 2013. Is this boat rated for trans oceanic crossing?
6000+ nautical miles w/full tanks. 12,000 gallons. Only 3 fill-up's to circle the equator 😊😎🌴🐟
does it have an engine?
two fixed couches in the salon, really?
Although I liked the look of the engine room and the wheelhouse.the colour was to me very sick looking the lounge reminded me of my doctors waiting room sorry.
I see new one's for 2.25. Quite a bargain.
Especially when compared to a Nordhaven, which is fiberglass, not steel.
Хотелось бы увидеть более подробно на русском языке.

As good as Bering is, this one looks cold and uninviting.

Terrible interior colour, bland comes to mind.
What a boring presentation.
