- For some reason, in any game I play, I tend to always hoard currencies. After almost 2 years of saving and basically not purchasing a single item from the CC shop + farming Red Certificates whenever I had extra sanity, I was somehow eventually able to clear out two entire shops.

cuz i used to watch like clash of clans were they start at the bottom then use gems to get to the top in one video

You and I are kindred spirits. But for the sake of not stunting my growth as a new player (started maybe 5mo ago?) I haven't hoarded EVERYTHING, but, I do this too.
I've chosen just a few resources to hoard - Yellow Battle Records (currently at around 4000, going for 10k at least) , Unopened CC Supply Crates, and Green/Yellow cert tokens (i have like, 84 gravels alone lol).
Going for 10,000,000 LMD, currently almost to 4k.
Every event, I don't claim any challenges or buy anything, and do it all when I've 100%'d the event and have enough to buy out the shop.
Wanted to do this with the Integrated Strategies "battle pass" but I needed the Shalem tokens and LMD too bad at the time and caved.
I popped my CC store cherry a couple weeks ago because I really needed my -1 DP potential for Goldenglow for CC :(

Oh dang, that's a lot of saving you're doing! If you ever need more pulls, be sure to convert those yellow certs lol (You'd probably be able to buy a full batch of 38 pulls based on the number of gravels you have)

How did you E2 Operators? Did you use the yellow cert catalysts?
I had a bunch saved up, but I E2'd very few operators that the passive catalyst income was enough
