In the animated series 'Avengers Assemble', during the secret wars, Hawkeye was blinded temporarily and first learned of his ability to use his other senses beside sight to aim. This one definitely takes that story thread to the next level.
So I was looking at the thumbnail for this video and it seems Marvel thinks Josh Brolin is perfect for everything. Thanos, Cable and now old man Hawkeye
Of course soft touch Ethan Sacks had to make Kate Bishop the better Hawkeye in his own series. * Spoilers ahead * As that's the only way he gets to take down Bullseye at the end and get regarded as only ' the second best archer in the world '. Because she's the bestest.🙄
I mean, many say that Kate becomes even better than Hawkeye, since he himself taught her how to shoot arrows. He even says she is perfect in another comic. Besides he is blinded and an old man. Kate on the other hand is much more younger and still has eyes
@@panoskamp4324I see your point and thanks for providing references. However, I find it disrespectful to Clint's character. He's portrayed as quite the loser in his own comic. It clearly wouldn't work if it was a Kate Bishop comic and Clint outshines her instead.
@@Iron-Bridge actually there are some comics that show Clint being a competent mentor to Kate and show some skill more than Kate. Also let's not forget that Hawkeye is not entitled to some above critisism and flaws. He is always represented as an individual used to be outshined and his struggle with this is one of his greatest traits. I would call him one of the most unique and relatable characters, since we don't see many characters cope with their lives' failures to a point when not many things can be done. He has a T2 Trainspotting feeling to it. His skill to bow is great and all, but let's never forget that a weapon is not a good enough trait if it doesn't reflect his character. And I believe the bow is perfect for Clint because of how imperfect they both are. And the fact that someone else would come to use the bow and become even better than him is probably the greatest achievement for Clint. A final success to a life full of failures and disappointments. Also he is no longer Hawkeye, he is supposed to be Ronin😅
Might as well do Old Man Peter Quill the sequel. He Killed the thunderbolts, Multiple Man Clones and Baron Zemo, Bullseye was just extra.
I love how wolverine lets the blind Hawkeye drive lol
He's a fucking rebel man.

This would be a hell of a live action film
I'm still sad he died in the end. And so tragically. 🥺
If a blind Dare Devil can Do it So can he
Love him in old man logan graphic novel!!!
We saw Daredevil die in one of the continued Old Man Logan comics in a flashback, writers just can't maintain continuity!!
The Story of Old Man Logan & Hawkeye Pt. 2

This is my Dude!
Old Man Hawkeye Origins? Lemme guess, regular Hawkeye was bitten by a radioactive 30 years?
Nah, just a man with a bow. Hell the Villains didn't respect him.

That would be so sick
i feel like old man hawkeye owes it to himself to go back in time
and warn his young self about Thanos snow plowing business
🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🔥🔥🔥
Obviously a small click for y'all, too. They never shout out the people that already subscribe...

The only thing that makes this interesting is the fact Hawkeye weak ah made it to and old age
Is he missing a leg?
Now I'm curious who else survived?
