I'm korean. 🇰🇷 I prepare for an P.E. university examination next year. I have enormous difficulty in preparation 100M Sprint and Standing long jump. At this time, I'm so happy to find you. I'm not good at english, just awkward english skills, But i wrote it whit gratitude. really really thank you!!! ☺☺
I used to play amateur rugby, but I was way to slow for my position because I wasn't able to raise my knees (poor running posture, idk). now I'll try to improve my sprint technique, wish me luck
Because its curves will automatically make you land on the forefoot which does the following: Creates a softer landing, more powerful foot strike, and helps you recover the foot faster. Also, you can control the speed without pressing buttons so you can slow down and speed up naturally like you would on the ground.
Hi. I am doing sprint with 9 incline and 12 speed. For like 30 second and then rest for a min or so. I am facing a little back pain now a days. Can u pls advice.

How many seconds may do a
Single sprint 💃
On the treadmill I prefer 30 seconds per sprint. Long enough to be exhausting, but not so short that you risk injury.
Thank you!
Upload the video for motivation to sprint☺
Why is the curved treadmill better for sprinting?
Because its curves will automatically make you land on the forefoot which does the following:
Creates a softer landing, more powerful foot strike, and helps you recover the foot faster.
Also, you can control the speed without pressing buttons so you can slow down and speed up naturally like you would on the ground.
