Thanks, more coming up. 👊🏻
Their medic is literally one of the funniest guys because of the mixture of his accent and how he seems sincere when he's being sarcastic.
Yeah, fellas. I hope to God you guys keep running like this b/c we need info. like this. Good info. is hard to come by believe it or not. Thanks UF Pro!
That man inspired me to become a Combat Medic and his explanations are what really sticks in the head for easy and fast application
This guy is great! Great sense of humor!!
"You're a grown ass person - you should treat the basics by yourself." A MOST excellent reminder of something I have done my best to teach my sons by word and example; true story in that a water main broke near our apartment complex and our water was out. We live near what used to be used as our local reservoir. I watched a grown man walking up the road with a panicked look on his face, saying "The water's out!! What do we do, now?" Meanwhile, my son and I were trekking water back up the hill to fill a garbage pail to use for sanitation and cleaning (after filtering and treating) if necessary.
EXCELLENT video, and well done.
I was just watching Escape From Tarkov medical animations and I get this notification :)
Ahhh the good ole dad wisdom for the folks who don't got one.

@UFPRO I have a serious medical question for your man. I've been through advanced medical training in the US Military and through outside sources as well, and handled some real world medical situations in combat. But there's one instruction I keep hearing contradicted back and forth again and again... If someone has their intestines hanging out sometimes the best you can do is use a bandage to hold them to his abdomen so they don't come out further or get dirty. But is it smart to wet the bandage first before applying it? A dry bandage will stick to the intestines which have a gummy-like texture after drying in the open air, and that can cause further damage to the intestines when the bandage is removed. Literally peeling pieces of sticky flesh off which have adhered to the bandage. However, some say wetting the bandage exposes the intestines to bacteria. Even if the water is fairly clean it's likely a soldier would be using his canteen to wet the bandage, so bacteria is a concern. But wouldn't the heavy duty wide-spectrum anti-biotics assist? Which way is the best to go? Risk damage to the intestines to avoid infection, or slight infection risk to avoid damaging your buddy's guts?
Hi, I will try to answer your question:
It depends how well you are prepared. If you have a good equipped medical pack you will have normal, sterile packed gauze, a sterile packed up bottle/small bottles of saline and clean bandages. I recommend to wet the sterile gauzes with the freshly opened saline (0.9% NaCl) and pack it up with further sterile gauzes and bandage. It will help to detach easier when the patient is finally in the surgery-room.
Water from the drinking canteen or a used water bottle are not the best idea because of the mouth bactericals contained in the canteen. If can be only the last option, like if it might be to wash off dirt and you have nothing else. Freshly cooked up water (cooled down of course) would be more preferable.
Also: All traumatic exposed intestinal (guts) can already be considered as potentially infected by bacteria. It is just important to keep it as clean as possible to keep risks lower. Antibiotic treatments are a must-go in such situations but should be correctly done by medical professionals.
Aghh! I need a medic bag.
What is the Name of the Location we are you filming? Very nice for a visit 👍

Ok this Guy is obviously a beginner. The. So I worked for a real Dday prepper. Growing up. He buried bunkers. Propane. Bullets. Guns. Knives. And tools. Hundreds of everything. He was a certified Kojukenbo trainer. A licensed Bar and Pistol trainer. And did lots of work together with longe range. .339 Papua. 32lpowered green lenses leupold scope. And hair trigger. With one of us spotting or drawing a grid map. Could accurately fire over 700yards. This guy said all you need to focus for field medicine. Is bone setting? Proper head or artery wounds treatment especially in blood stoppage. And main is saucer. You need to be able to sow anything up on the fly. And caterize it depending on situation. And you have to keep adrenaline in the sack. And ofcourse morphine if you can get it. On any sort of hostile type missions. Always go out in two's more if possible. And train in whatever u can constantly. Porto Draws. With proper movement. Gun disassembly. And of cours tracking and hand 2 hand combat. Always believe correct sources. This guys a fool.
