I've been living in South Beach for 12 years and this will always be home but I have relatives in Pinecrest and I really like going there every now and then...
    Nice video 👍👍

Next time - please focus on the homes instead of just the road in front of you.

@@drivingmiami305 I wish that you had done so. I will be moving to the Miami area later this year and would have really liked to have seen the actual neighborhood of Pinecrest. I am sure that others who will be moving to the Miami area will also appreciate such a view of the neighborhood as well.

Pinecrest or Southwest ranches? Which one is better?

I am not too familiar with Southwest Ranches but I hear it is very nice, but it is in Broward County and I prefer Miami Dade County.

      For me Pinecrest is better

Pinecrest is close to the ocean so that is better especially if you are a boater. Also, Pinecrest is close to many amenities, so less driving is needed, and is great if you want to bike to places. Old Cutler Road has a north to south bike path that connects to the Grove and Key Biscayne and south down to Black Point Marina.
