assalamualaikum, I have an HP Ellitebook 840 G3 laptop, the same laptop case when the power button is pressed, 19v voltage is present, 3v Alw and 5v Alw are present, 1v Alw is present, 1.8v is present, on IC U7001 the output voltage on legs 13 and 14 is not present Likewise, on the U7002 IC, the output voltage on legs 13 and 14 is not present. Is the output voltage on legs 13 and 14 on both ICs U7001 and U7002 present before the laptop is turned on or after the laptop is turned on?

Hi, friend! I have 850 g4 laptop, but there is a problem, it won’t turn on. I measured it on the incoming mosfet. 19 volts come to the D contact, and only 1.6 volts to G and S. What could be the problem?

First check main power rail is ok or short, if ok then check first and second mosfet is ok or not if ok then check charging IC vcc, acdetc and other. Thanks
