- NEW DREAMWORLD VINTAGE CARS POV - Murrissippi Motors On Ride Pov in Rivertown at Dreamworld! This is the new version of Dreamworld's Vintage Cars, now set in an awesome jungly theme in the parks new Rivertown area. The ride passes a REAL Airplane, and lots of awesome Jungle theming, such as Temples, a Water Wheel and some Snakes!
Dreamworld is a Theme Park located on the Gold Coast, Australia! 🇦🇺

Rivertown is replacing the old Wiggles World / ABC Kids World area. This new themed land will open late 2024 with a large new AU $35 million dollar Vekoma family thrill Roller Coaster called Jungle Rush, and an updated version of the Vintage Cars called Murrissippi Motors!

Wow!!! Just wow!! This land is alive, it’s immersive, it’s actually beautiful! Dreamworld should be commended, what a turn around they’ve had. They really are now leading the way for the other Aussie parks!

Fantastic theming! That plane is such a wow factor, love how the coaster goes over the attraction, the water wheel is great and love how you drive through watery sections of track, plus the waterfalls are a vibe! And the ride vehicles themselves are really well themed - what a win for Dreamworld!
They did a great job, the theming is amazing for Gold Coast standards. A lot of kids and going to love it
That is incredible! I love how they have the water feature flowing right across the ride path. It’ll look even cooler as the landscape grows in!

Please note: This was a soft opening / technical rehearsal, so this might not represent what the ride will be like when it opens. Opening late December 2024! I'll be sure to film another POV when the ride opens, in better conditions (darn that sun flare!)

I think the success of this will all depend on how well that foliage grows in over time.
Even without the foliage, the theming makes it a great experience. Seeing that Plane up close is awesome

I was! Oz does indeed have Fast Track
So it's just open no opening ceremony?
This was a soft opening, the official opening is on the 23rd
A nicely themed Antique Autos ride! So many parks have scenic and interesting car rides...Californias Great America, Gilroy Gardens, Knoebels, the dinosaur themed one at Six Flags over Texas and so many other parks...just further demonstrates why Disney needs to tear Autopia out...its got the most boring layout, no scenery and the cars are terrible! Either need to spend some cash and massively overhaul them...or remove and use that large space for a new E Ticket ride!
I wonder if they will use the space here where the old car ride was for some new ride in the future?
It's one of the best ones for sure! I agree about Autopia, Disney could make an awesomly themed version now if they wanted to.
Will be interesting to see if they do anything on the old rides footprint - it's kind of out of the way
