Like someone else said, you failed to show HOW TO REMOVE CABLE FROM CASING ON THE WALL!!! I am 79 and the spanner doesnt fit and it is not obvious how I remove cable!
You did not show how to disconnect the white wire from the virgin media box

I cannot screw the white co-axial cable attached to the virgin media pack from the wall. Even with the plastic wrench provided.
