In theory one has to rest for about two months, I lost consciousness and my helmet wasn't even that good like the he has. He didn't, so maybe he could ride just after a week but the brain could still be recovering even if on the outside you feel fine. Hopefully our boy BK keeps recovering fast and good. BK U GOT THIS BRUV
