    Thank you for doing this series chef. Sanitizing the blender after every use is a great rule to have in a professional kitchen.

    First comment! This is even more dry than the last one. Thank the good Lord for Bourbon! Common sense for a lot, but needed knowledge and I'm looking forward to what comes next. This will end up being a GREAT resource.
