I always ask myself how much of our beliefs are true and how much are just illusions. Our minds are very powerful and can deceive us. But to combat these deceptions, we need to be self-aware and honest with ourselves. We can also use tools like critical thinking, researching and evaluating evidence, and focusing on the present moment
