pintoo gond nahi dear aisa nahi hota its all depend on the requirement, agar kisi jagah log jysda cheeje upload karte hai waha upload kam milta hai jaha upload kam use hota hai woh upload speed jyada milti hai, but normally uploading speed downloading se jyada hot hai kyunki log cheeje jyada download karte hai
