In FDD we use different frequencies for uplink and downlink but in TDD we have only use one frequency band so my question is why we use TDD technique as we have very less frequency band? And other question due to this TDD technique connectivity between ue and endb took more time to attach is it reliable for latency purpose.?

Tdd is used where there is homogeneity in data transfer from both uplink as well as downlink so as to use resources efficiently ...
Mostly TDD is used for dedicated customers for effective frequency band use a single frequency Tech is more cost effective!!
