I think you should had raised the funds from other real estate investors and buy BP. It would had been more special, for the people by the people. I bet most of us RE investors would love to own part of BP. Think about it, Brandon, you can buy it, or ask David Greene and Alex Hormozi, they can be ur operators.

Bigger Pockets is barely watchable for me these days. Maybe that's because I'm not new to the game anymore and just don't get as much out of it, but mostly I think it's a noticeable change in focus and lack of personality.

No it didn't. He brought the knowledge and charisma. He made BP grow to what it is today. They just fired David Greene
No it didn’t. It went down the drain after Brandon left. It became too much about returns and less about the people and community.
