I've watched so many of these. They are so better than the oscars! there is a genuine love and carrying and appreciation and none of that stuff just done for the public or viewers at home. You genuinely can see the appreciation for one's work and life and their contribution. It just makes the oscar an empty show to promote certain pictures which nobody really wants to participate in.
Thank you, Mel Brooks, for giving us Billy Crystal!! (Love you both. And you, too, Carl Reiner!!)

This is how tributes used to be done folks. Funny, classy and not a mean-spirited vibe anywhere. And delivered with exceptional talent and grace. Long gone.
