Age of consent in most of the Caribbean islands was 16 at the time. That may have changed now.
I definitely think it was, for sure mental abuse but he was 20 so we weren’t that far apart in age per se. 4 year difference.
Oh Please...a 16 year old is a fully functional sexual being. Not everyone is a victim.
