ive been playing gmod for years but this addon takes the cake for the most unique ive seen. did you know that the creator is working on a procedural version that has all the phases and the body is random everytime. but he still hasnt released the base for it (its called ECCBase. its how the wither storm npc works.) he is also working on a cool gamemode called Garry's Randomizer. its like one of those roblox games that give you random weapons. and it has the shine block from Super Smash Bros Melee.
