Thanks for these videos I've been using this board at a school and learning it. Where planning on resetting from scratch and I wanted to ask what the difference is between doing a full factory reset holding the fx button and turning it on vs the zero reset in the processing that you did?
I don't remember exactly but would probably start using the recall method shown here. Also consider getting Universal Control hooked up from a computer to make sure the firmware is up to date. You would probably need some sort of Thunderbolt to Firewire adapter.
That is the original Presonus Faderport. I was playing multitrack audio from Studio One for these tutorials to simulate a live band. I was using the Faderport to start and stop playback.

My 24 channel board said "can not find ID card, Check ID card slot." Why is that saying that and where is the ID card slot?

I have a subwoofer speaker that needs to be hooked up in aux input but I don’t know how to send the signal in aux
