Here's a question: If Elizabeth was so powerful to wear that she can off guard and assault mode meliodis so why didn't the supreme deity give her the grace sunshine
No idea. Zeldris was super broken but he didn't get a Commandment until after three Commandments had died. Chandler and Cusack were snapped but they didn't get a Commandment. No real reason is given, its just how its written. Though a hypothetical reason I could see why, is because Sun is based for a more mixed attacking fighter in both magical and physical, and thus would do better with someone like Mael compared to Elizabeth, as he uses both spectrums while she's main a magic user. The Grace would go to waste on her.
Ngl I agree with this, I love all the characters equally but during the Dragons judgement?? Arc for Eli’s character I feel she was slept on a lot with doing a bit more, hearing about Blood stained Eli was interesting though but there should’ve been more shown, which is something I’m keeping note of for my own stories. Also wasn’t bloodstained Eli more about her wrecking those who underestimated her and laughing at her ideals??? I need to reread that chapter lol
I agree. It seems like there was just something missing about Elizabeth in her final showing. And Blood Stained Ellie was just a title she had in the Demon World, we don't get much context for it. But I assume its because she was a demon slayer that inspired fear in the demonic species.
It ENRAGES me that the past is better than the future coz I would rather see prime Mel and Eli than king of chaos coz that’s just too confusing. I want to see my favourite characters ever, not the 4 knights of the apocalypse.
I'm fine with both. Chaos intrigues me at the moment because it is a mystery, the fact that I know nothing and am confused is what grabs me. Though you're right, the past is just as interesting considering how deep it is.
That's the thing though the whole holy war arc kinda dosen't make sense.For elizabeth you hit the nail in the end in terms of her character and power consistency it would make sense that she was potentially the strongest goddess but still it's kinda iffy if she was indeed the strongest how come she wasn't bestowed with a grace for example sunshine because elizabeth came before mael.If she was indeed stronger then mael why wasn't she chosen to be swapped to the demons side because it's true that one of the reasons why gowther chose mael was because he killed his girl but more than that mael was meliodas to his clan he was their beacon of hope for Christ's sake the whole clan commited collective suicide when they heard that mael was supposedly killed and yet they were fine with losing elizabeth and meliodas.For the mael vs meliodas fight nakaba could have left it open ended or have elizabeth interupt the fight or state what time of day it was so we could conclude why he withdrew but he couldn't resist making his golden boy look good by repelling his rival with ease.Well shit this was longer then expected sorry for the long paragraph have a nice day/evening
I think the main reason Elizabeth didn't get Sun, or any Grace, is because the Supreme Deity wanted more fighters of high power rather than a single fighter of higher quality. Elizabeth on her own without any Grace already stood above or at least relative to the Archangels. Commandments are already relative to weaker Archangels, and higher tier Commandments and just high tier Demons in general body all Archangels except for possibly one of them, who isn't even close to the power of the mightiest Demon until late in the day. By putting all her eggs in a basket with Elizabeth, she would be limiting her numbers of viable fighters. A side reason would be the "balance" of light and darkness needed by the SD and DK. By empowering Elizabeth even further, she'd be breaking the balance, which I think the DK did when he empowered Meliodas even further with Love. And remember, the only reason Mael was considered the last hope of the goddess clan, is because Meliodas and Elizabeth, the two strongest warriors of Stigma, had died to their parents. They were left in a void. Their deaths left Stigma with 4 Archangels, and that's its. No Giant and Fairy King to work with, and the SD. Meanwhile the DC had the new Ten Commandments which included a Commandment DK powered Prince and two kings, Chandler and Cusack, the Knights of Black, and the Indura. The Goddess Clan had lost everything, while the DK only gained newer, more powerful warriors. Mael wasn't the strongest to start, he was the strongest left. So of course, when he "died" and the Demon Clan just got even stronger with another Demon Prince, the Goddesses went from a very slim chance of winning, to no chance at all, so they resorted to the COED. The Goddess Clan was down atrocious at the moment, so i don't think the loss of Mael leading to the sealing was a "We lost our strongest guy ever" it was more so, "We last our last strongest guy after losing the two top dogs". And yeah, we know why Elizabeth wasn't chosen. Gowther was a petty man, he did it for more personal reasons than logical ones. Sealed Berserk Meliodas seemed to keep growing as he fought, and Assault Mode Meliodas grew stronger with time until he achieved his old no Commandment Prime, but we never really see Berserk Meliodas enough to see fully. In short, yeah, he grows stronger the longer he's Berserk, but how much we don't know.
We have no idea. Who is Meliodas and Zeldris' biological mother? No clue. Its entirely possible that the two gods just created their children though, maybe they don't need parents.
