- As of May this year, the BJP is in power in 9 states/union territories. But in a coalition the BJP also has 6 more states. So, now it has control directly and indirectly over 15 states. In 2014, when Narendra Modi had come to power, the BJP ruled just 7 states. The Congress on the other hand which held 13 states in 2014 came down to six in 2022. This year will see five more assembly elections in the country. As the 2024 Lok Sabha polls thump forward, let’s see how the political dynamic shifts in India by the end of this year.

BJP lost in Karnataka because of to much interference from central BJP. They discarded the senior BJP leaders in Karnataka and denied their suggestions and therefore lost their support. There was no intent to win the election in Karnataka for BJP. They had to trust the state leaders and stop interfering in state politics too much.
That’s because they think they are running an empire with an emperor on top, not a democratic nation.
That & extreme levels of corruption by BJP in Karnataka where it famously became knows as the "40% commission party" due to very obvious reasons

Take away benefits like life insurance, savings, home loan tax savings and so forth with it's new tax reign which is beneficial only to teenagers who don't have to worry about providing food shelter education and healthcare to little kids.
Who also end up not doing any savings and when they reach old age realise they are left to streets which their parents can very well see it.
First increase the tax base, keep it fair for everyone, then bring in stringent laws for ones who are evading tax, penalties for late filing is even bigger way of bringing inconvenience to salaried tax payers who are already paying double tax for the government.
Don't see your taxpayers like criminals, we are in contrary the saviours of the country, unlike developed nations where citizens get unemployment benefits there is no such thing here, just squeeze every drop of blood that's left in a man's heart!
Keep this up, and Modi and nirmala seetharaman are soon gonna pay their price... They will soon be behind bars for running country like hooligans, esp nirmala and her entire family must be subject to strict tax laws and put behind bars for treating the citizens this way!

In the new regime, there are limits on the total amount to be declared in each declaration... Example, House rent, you can declare only 2.04 Lakhs per annum... Doesn't matter whether or not you have the landlord's PAN

Hey Hindu here, BJP supporter, heres my answer.
- Geopolitically, we are a powerful country. The USA used us as bargaining chip against Russia over Ukraine.
- Geopolitically again, we offered rupees as a medium again, which was signed by a lot of countries. This boosts our country's GDP more than you can think.
- Article 377 was removed. People from the LGBTQ community deserve to live a normal life and this lets them live so without being outlawed. Unfortunate that the SC didn't pass the marriage laws, however that'll change over time.
- From the point of Taxes, the new regime has benefitted me and almost everyone i work with unlike what the congress preaches.
- Make in India was laughed at by your favourite party, guess what is benefitting us now financially? Unlike other countries, today the US can't blindly throw sanctions on us because it will affect their economy badly.
- The army today has been sanctioned crores worth of gear and equipment which they have recieved as well, meanwhile Congress siphoned the money for themselves. Pakistan does not have the balls to invade India right now. If it was congress, we'd be the first Ukraine.
- Ayushman Bharat was brought in, it helped my grandpa and thousands of others that i know to get medicine, especially during times like Covid.
_ Today, the world is floating on thin ice before hitting Inflation. Both our neighbours are already in a sinkhole of inflation without having a morsel to eat, meanwhile we are crying about the 10 rupee increase in fuels, which also, by the way, is affected by the US-Russia bs.
