@@honeybadger6275 I never said it was a good one. But I don't think any sequel will capture again what rebel galaxy did. Everything in it went so well together.

One of the reasons I got this right before thanksgiving 2018. Was because of this song in the trailer. Love the soundtrack for this game. Great band too.
Sadly this won't be counted as one of the greatest songs if all time because it was featured on a low budget video game... Imagine if it was on a movie like Mission Impossible or something of that caliber.... It would have blown up beyond belief.. Thankfully brother we have another hidden secret in life.. God bless.. And shall all trespasses be forgiven...
I think the devs MAY have added some kind of code so that it will line up perfectly whenever you jump to warp, and it will extend the pause to line it up.
This song was what cemented in me my love for Rebel Galaxy. My first time using hyperdrive was accompanied by that pause... then the music blasted as I took off.
I feel like this is the main theme of this game. No matter if you're in a fire fight, running away from a big fucking Red Devil fleet, or just roaming the galaxy, this skng always seems to play. And it's fitting, because this game is basically the wild west, but in space, with giant space lasers and death frigates that leaves you to the cold.
well there is another song in the soundtrack thats basicaly evil ways without lyrics, but i encountered almost all of the other songs in game, but this one is special^^
What happened to the developers (I've heard it's just two guys)? Are they still making games? Travelling to 5 different solar systems to find 20+ units of Tachyon Salt only to get blown to pieces right before delivery by mission spawning enemies and Greel attackers that weren't supposed to be there but they're just attacking the station you're supposed to deliver to.
The beauty of this is the song starts when enemies first show up. "So I set out 'cross that way" You look lost mate. "Strike them down, to make them pay." By the time you close the distance and guns are in range... "But I can't hide! WoooOOOooOO. and I won't hide! WoooOOOooOO."
awesome music, and clever design of game mechanics, is what makes the game, not just the graphics, especially not the story. This game proves that, nobody even remembers the story, but everyone loves going around in their increasingly bigger ships while kicking ass to country-space-rock music. Simple yet fun as fuck

+The Mighty Apple Just imagine if you could be bounty hunters in both illegal and legal senses so you can fight under the pirates, for colonies, or remain neutral and do both, keeping a neutral and slightly hostile situation to both, only acting when the pay suits you. I would love for small ships that can combat with the leviathan sort of thinking of like Slave I, basically be like a Star Wars Bounty Hunter acting as individuals. Then there's pirates and members of the colony militia, start your own group of rag-tag bandits or mercenaries, smuggle cargo, run blockades set up by players or otherwise, imagine if players could control planets in such an environment and set up their own trading federations or governments. There's just so much potential with online systems, unfortunately the game was made by a very small team that would be unable to handle such a large project, though we still have Star Citizen to look forward to.
This is the song that comes on after a cross sector haul is finally delivered after about an hours worth of pirates fucked your ship enough to just make you break even on the deal and then a pirate king rolls into the sector and you get that evil grin
its so unique, a futuristic game about giant ships fighting in space, along with some mining if your into that, so youd expect some space sounds, or maybe futuristic techno as the music. but nah, classic sorta country rock as the music. its so strange and unique, but it legitimately fits the game perfectly.
