Riding the infamously challenging Andalusian terrain in the Malaga, Sierra de Mijas mountain range, guided by guiding-tour company, Switchbacks.
Day 1 has me join a bunch of Swiss guys where we get nice and loose on the bikes right from the get go. Our guide, Ruben, is no less than an EWS racer!
The tracks were loose, chunky, sandy, gnarly and just down right terrifying at times, but the experience absolutely won over my heart.
