How to make Delicious Chicken and Mushroom Pie

Chicken & Mushroom Pie is one of my familys favourite. It's such a easy and comfy dish and very very delicious 😋.
:
Ingredients:-
- 3 breast chicken cut into small( washed & drained excess water)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1tsp dry parsley
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 50g butter
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 chopped onions
- 300g chestnut mushrooms or any mushrooms of your choice.
- 50g butter for cooking
- 1 tsp each salt & pepper
- 1/4 cup plain flour
- 2 chicken stock
- 2 cups hot water
- 2 tbsp soft cheese
- 1/2 cup double cream
- Pastry dough ready made or homemade

I find that the instructions are clear, but too quick. I watch the video at half speed and pause often to see the correct measurements, but the recipe turned out tasty! A fast video for a quick recipe 😊
