I’m confused about his economic talk. I’m seeing on our scanners that are boasting that we’ve made ~17 billion in revenue, but we use some of that for a raise? All the while management is making bank? Something isn’t adding up.
How do you think we made billions when we lose money every year... revenue is like income but after expenses you can be in debt because you spent more.
I am not a fan, but this didn’t offend me. I wonder what we will get 88% of when it comes to UPS. The top pay of their contract, or the current top pay for the UPS drivers. This is important. If it is based on the top pay for the duration of the contract, that will be 88% of 49. Which is $43.12. That doesn’t really impress me. Any less than that will be an insult tbh. Regardless of what is offered, I have no faith in the membership to vote no. I hope to be wrong.

Why does he care so much about the agency and their money his focus should be on us the post office cause their own loses . Also he saying we not gone give in and settle fast like it’s gone hurt us if we settle its either get us a raise or take the no strike clause out of the contract and we going to go on strike and show them why carriers deserve top dollar !! Everyone makes their salary in all crafts off of the work we do the revenue we bring in off Sunday delivery and during the pandemic alone they owe all carriers!!!!
If your having contract problems I feel bad for you son. I got 99 problems, and a contract is not 1.
Wouldn’t it make it 100 though since it is a problem.
@@christiancunningham8899thank you. I was just about to say the same thing. 😂
For anyone without 30 min. “It’s soon but we lose so much money every year don’t be surprised when it sucks.”
Like how Renfro says it is "Probably 99% done" probably right
He sounds like he works for the post office
A week or another year. We will get there
Sounds like renfroe is on the side of the post office
If the post office wants to save money, investigate the people who o
Are on light duty and not carrying routes for yearsssssssssss
Sound like we are getting 19% increase over the contract as previously speculated months ago
“A week or so” he’s a joke!
My god, half the time he sounds like he's trying to cushion what is going to be a disappointment and the other half he sounfs happy with what they've achieved.
This isbwhy we need open bargaining. At the end of the day him talking vague is just torture.
We just want to know what our new pay is!
I retire soon. Will there be back pay for the time I put in?
Yes
If we’re at a 8 billion loss, why don’t we process the penalty for continuing to use Parcel Select instead of Ground Advantage to Amazon and UPS? The grace period for Parcel Select expired a year ago but we still see it on a daily basis
Renfroe better not get any votes from table 2 carriers
9 months ago we were 10 minutes away, then it was “almost there” now we are 99% done??? As long as we don’t start cancelling our union memberships nothing will change!
I’m all for the screw this BS contract….. but I have thought about it and tried to be somewhat middle of the road during this. If you really think about it. Table two has started and been in the shit hole since day one. We start basically $20k less than table 1. If you are like me and have been now career for 8 years. This is a good pay raise. 8 years in grinding and I’m now where table one starts. And with this contract I can finally be topped out. Hopefully $13 hour raise. So I feel the pain for table 1 I do! But at the end of the day this contract is more for table 2 people. Y’all have been making WAY more than us. We’re tired of struggling.
Our contract expired on May 20, 2023. So any back pay should start from then, not September.
They making us wait so we can vote yes on whatever they settled
Under what circumstances??
WTf they holding out for the 1% at this point screw whatever is holding them up
The 1% is what we get….
@@MrTrashman18he already said the economics is already settled.. which is what everyone really cares about at the moment. Next contract up in 2 years.. leave the 1% for that.. at this rate we ain’t gonna have our contract til it’s ready to start negotiating the next one then what are we gonna have to push for on that one?
LET ME SAVE EVERYONE THE TORTURE OF LISTENING TO THIS SELF IMPORTANT CLOWN
GO TO 29:20 AND LISTEN TO 29:50.
THERES THE ESSENCE OF HIS 600 DAYS OF BS.
Brian Renfroe is Stalling...The Contract Language must Suck...We probably got a 8 - 9 Dollar Raise but they will Cut Overtime and Start Enforcing Sick Days without FMLA Approval which might Lead to Job Terminations.
I’m still going to call out. This place is a joke.
"Probably 99% done"
James Henry 2026
At 10:25 & 18:05 sounds like talking about adding an additional step Q 🤔. A way to get top pay higher without every other step getting huge % increase too.
I think he means that step P will be a full dollar. It’s only 22 cents now.
@@willaerley7140 I was thinking he meant step P only about 4 Hundred more then step step O. But the other steps increase about $2,100, so missing about $1600
We should hear another update in December or January.
He better not purpose getting rid of t6 position and article 8 & Vtime. Renfro in not in the field and lost touch with reality of being on the ground grassroot mailman dealing with the day to day foolishness. If we give them a inch they take a mile
That's mail carriers mistakes because they never act, being all together , striking, or calling sick for 3 days is they key, because these people don't care about you.

Oh crap scratch on the Disc gotta start over
What about all the billions that they made he only say what they lost 😡
@elbarbon7949 because if they are at a loss, then they made nothing.
How can anyone trust a word he says
I bet we getting a shitty raise
Probably November 2023 contractual increase 1.3% ( same as other 2 unions received), November 2024 contractual increase 1.9%🤔, November 2025 contractual increase 1.9%, November 2026 contractual increase 1.9%. That my guess🤪
