To prepare:
🔸 Zucchini/zucchini - 2pcs medium-sized
🔸 Garlic 2-3 cloves
🔸 Herbs to taste
🔸 Salt - 0.5-1 teaspoon.
🔸 Sugar - 1 tsp.
🔸 Ground black pepper
🔸 Apple cider vinegar 6% - 2 tbsp.
🔸 Vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp.
🔥To make the zucchini/zucchini appetizer I took:
🔸1 large zucchini
🔸2 small eggs
🔸2-3 tbsp flour
🔸 kari, turmeric, ground black pepper, salt
🔸 optional soy sauce
for stuffing: 1) mayonnaise+garlic+tomato slices
2) melted cheese+ cottage cheese+ garlic+ fresh paprika slices
