Do you know what kind of LEDs are in these things? Are they strips? What I'm wondering is if I can hack these and drop in some smart controllable WRGB strips instead of just the simple cool/warm?

when you turn on the wall switch you have 5 seconds to press the pair button and the light is going to flash then you pair. I had the same problem.
