Ugh. Melissa’s behavior appalls me. Though a lot of people don’t like him, I wish Kurt stayed around more because he acknowledged and looked out for what was best for both his daughters while Melissa and Abby were only focused on Maddie.
In the Because Mom Said So podcast, Melissa addressed the favoritism rumors. She first jokingly said she liked Mackenzie more than Maddie because Mackenzie treats her more respectfully, then proceeded to say she loves both her kids EQUALLY. Videos like this spread misinformation.
I don’t think Melissa favoured Maddie in real life, I saw a dance mom exposing the show and they said if we don’t cause drama and be a due or mean then our daughters solos wouldn’t be aired I think that’s why Melissa favoured maddie because she wanted drama to happend and she wanted her daughters solos to be aired
Ya but Brynn and all the other girls didn’t win as much as Maddie so she was never fully replaced. Plus Maddie is Maddie and Abby will always have a weird obsession with her.

So yeah Maddie is the best dancer in abbys eyes, but in reality anybody could be Maddie, it’s just what Abby did to make her soooooo special.

Like seriously, Abby is making the rest of the team feel bad, like they can't do anything. Abby had to fix up her sleep because her favoritism for Maddie was high! Melissa needed to do the same thing. I don't know if she's still like that
I love this show and I agree with how abby favors only one child and thats not fair but, I don't understand why the mothers constantly scream at abby because, they came to this studio to get her valuble dance knowledge why do they question her teaching methods when they brought their own child to her? Plus the girls got famous from being on dance moms!
I don’t know why they put their daughters through this because being famous wasn’t the only thing they got, some of the kids had to get therapy and some even have ptsd from Abby’s and the stress they were put under since they were little. Some can’t even dance anymore because Abby made them loose all passion for it or she worked them so hard it messed up their bodies

I personally don’t like watching Kendall dancers much as someone like Chloe and I definitely don’t like her as a person but making fun of how someone looks is pretty messed up

E@Sarah Acosta I can agree with that she did it all for Maddie’s future and did anything go wrong no where has Maddie reached she’s an actress now. A student should at least be loyal to the teacher and you know what Maddie did. I say jojo is way famous than Maddie (not offending Maddie Ziegler she’s my favourite actress #maddiezieglerfanforever ) but look what jojo did very loyal to her teacher I never say that Maddie should do the same
