Where is your packing list? I recommend if you don't have it, plastic tarps, camo, blue, silver or black to enclose your gazebo so you can cook, work, socialize, wash up, change clothes, leave boots and extra chairs, wood, gas bottles, etc. We went to Walmart in their office supply section to get spring steel paper clips to use as clamps to hold the tarps on and also to hold the tarps together. The largest ones will fit nicely over tent poles to hold the tarp on. The medium sized ones hold well to keep the tarp attached to the edge of the gazebo awning cover. These paper clips are inexpensive compared to clamps and fit and hold snugly. They would work well if you got a rip in the tent to hold a large tarp over it. The smaller size work as clothes pins inside the tent. I got the idea from suspender clips that held mosquito netting to the awning of our tent.
More fantastic ideas. We usually run a very basic cap as we are gone from 4:30am until an hour or 2 after dark each day hunting. But your ideas are excellent Nd will have to dive into that stuff.
Indoor/outdoor carpeting remnants on the floor of the tent is a nice addition. Duct tape them together. Might help to lay down a tarp first to keep moisture from coming up thru. It may take a decade to improve the camp to where you want it. Heavy burlap bags or cocoa mats at the entrance and boot scrapers keep mud and leaves out of your tent.
I’m doing a moose hunt up here in northern Saskatchewan this coming weekend and your point of being everything is smart !! It’s better to be up there with too much than to be missing some important things.
I have a nearly identical trailer I set up as at cargo conversion. Insulated, Solar, a pair of 6v batteries, lights, inverter, diesel parking heater etc. Operates as my garbage hauler and couch moving trailer and come hunting season it Hauls all my gear and locks is up tight but I can sleep in a comfy cot when I lose my nerve camping alone with the bears.
I love cotton and wool. You can get super close to the fire without fear of burning up. I’ve seen synthetic materials melt and burn really bad when an ember hits it. But cotton and wool don’t do that. Especially with cotton you really need to pay attention to how your temperature is. If you feel warm. Lose a layer. If it’s super cold you sweat you die. You should also mount/keep the spare tire near the back of the trailer. So if you need it, it’s easy to get to.

Another excellent video my friend, I have been tossing the idea of a 5x10 or a 6x10 v nose trailer to help with hauling our gear around. We ended up taking the jeep crammed jammed full and the truck cram jammed full this year for our two weeks of bow hunting with the ole recurve. It was a great hunt and like you, we had everything we need to stay comfortable in the freezing temps and had a great trip. But I would like to have just one vehicle. Packing the cooler with insulation is a great idea. I wish I would of went that route, would of been cheaper, a lot lighter, and offer more options. Also, with the jet sleds. Do you use them to collect firewood? I’m packing a game cart but considering swapping out for my Otter sled(s) to conserve space. I also run a tent/wood stove without trailer.
I spend 5 to 6 weeks a year doing out of state hunts. I definitely like to be comfortable and have everything I need. My days of pack less and go light are long over. No more will I suffer or be uncomfortable. Wont not give up any item you see here. And everyone that hunts with me raves about how great camp is!
How well does that stove heat that tent? Any condensation with or with out snow? Nice set up btw. I have a 12x20 Cabela’s ultimate alaknak tent, read something about condensation in the winter with it.
The stove is perfect for my size tent. Heats it very well and efficiently. Its actually bad to have too big of a stove as you have to choke it down and develop a ton of creosote you have to clean often and it roasts you out. Since my tent is canvas condensation is never a problem. Canvas breathes. That's the beauty of canvas. No condensation, not dampness, no clammy feeling. I believe your tent is nylon. If it is make sure to vent every thing you can to beat condensation and I'd probably run a fan in there as well to help. Wood stove will be a good choice as it's a dry heat. Propane is a wet heat and will make condensation worse that wood will.

Yep always important to thermal regulate to prevent sweating or you will freeze.

Yeo use the jet sled to haul wood and even to haul water buckets back up from creek. Love the jet sled!
