It is Padding Powder For OPC Drum Cleaning Blade.

I understand amount of toner in new printer is always lower than when a new cartridge is purchased. How many copies it will print before replacing cartridge in a new machine by a new cartridge. A new cartridge gives about 1200-1500 copies.

Yes, if you dont change it, your printer will still show replace toner!
