You are by far my favorite RUclipsr on this platform right now, what I tried to do was list out all the things you would fix on the design before watching you adjust it, and to my surprise, I was right on 2/3 of the designs you fixed and that's only because I've been studying your videos man.. Thank you so much for making these as you make a career in graphic design actually possible!
Doron u genuinely were the first guy I saw design and by watching your vids I’ve elevated my designing so much thank you for sharing ur thoughts n next time imma drop in one of my designs for critiquing.
Fantastic video as always man! I've been using a lot of your techniques and assets in my work and they're so damn useful. Was able to make my friend something for her birthday and she was really happy. I loved seeing how you redid the Stevie Ray Vaughan design. The original that was made looked great already and your version was incredibly badass. Both versions looked like something that would have been put out by his team
hii can you tell us things that need to be paid attention to for us as a designer for more better screenprint result in ? or any technical requirements before submiting ourdesign to print company ? anyway love ur works always man
Wait, so you don't use Illustrator at all? I have seen designers use Image Tracing and switching between Illustrator and Photoshop throughout the design work? Maybe it's good for mockups orrr idk, i am a bit lost. i own a clothing brand and make designs for clothes, maybe this info is helpful
bro I love the content but I wish you didn't paywall half of your tutorials. I get that u gotta eat, but it wouldn't hurt to drop some of your effects and let the people decide if they want to go through the effort of copying them.
Thank you man. I’d say the majority of the tutorials don’t require any of my products. I get where you’re coming from if you don’t have my products, but a lot of the designers that watch me do, and I’ve actually gotten requests to make MORE tutorials using my products. So it’s a balance to strike. I’ve got plenty of free and not paywalled resources for any designers who don’t have the budget for my products. But for the designers who are willing to pay to speed up their process and enhance their work, I’m sure they enjoy seeing how to best use what they paid for. I didn’t choose the second design in this video because it used DEPTHTONE. I honestly didn’t even know until I asked for the PSD file. I featured it because it was a great case study. There’s lots to learn in this video besides that DEPTHTONE bit or the fact that I used my own textures. I hope you got something out of it either way brother
Doron does so much for this industry, and his products are reasonably priced. No one has to make these videos, so why should he feel the need to teach people? But he does it, and it's clear he's not making much from it. Selling the assets he creates is necessary because he puts in a lot of effort and thought into them. His content is truly valuable and inspires many designers. Striking a balance between free and paid content is always challenging, but I think Doron does a great job. Thank you for providing resources that cater to everyone's needs. I hope those who criticize your products and content can better understand how much work and value you bring. Best of luck in your endeavors!
@@DoronStudio thanks for the response. Your content is great and I wouldn’t mind paying for some of it. For me personally, I just want to see your creative process for some of these effects so I can recreate and modify them in my own work. I just don’t think I can use pre-made effects for my projects in College.
@@emirxara I agree with you. Very reasonably priced and valuable. But making these tutorials on his best effects would definitely increase his views and popularity. I get that they shouldn’t be free, but a tutorial on his paid assets would be extremely helpful for people who actually want to learn the process themselves.
Doron is one of the best designers I’ve ever come across in ig & youtube 🎉
learned so much in this episode, thanks a lot!
Called off work to watch this
This IS work 💪

Dope talent Doron. I love your Blade Runner version. You've nailed it without ever eatching the movie which is kind of mysterious even, to me. 😅 haha
Beneficial critiques!
