It has become a challenge. It’s such a pretty color in the skein, it needs something that will really showcase the yarn. I like watching their reviews, they make really big pieces of fabric, you can get a sense of what something will look like.
WHOOHOOOO! I'm the 1st one to love the video! lol Gooood morning sunshine! I have a job interview today for a Head charge nurse position! WISH ME LUCK! Big hugs, love and happy prayers to you and yours! YOU GOT THIS!!!!!!!!!!
I've used the green, and I'm using the blue color at the moment, I really like them. I'm waiting for my red and purple in the mail, and we're in Jersey so it takes forever and they send one or two skeins a bag.
I’m making crochet hats that are swirled , basically it’s a parallelogram and I used this yarn you’re talking about. Looks great and my idea was to make elf hats for Christmas morning 😀. I got the pattern from Nana’s Crafty Home - easy crochet ribbed scarf & hat patterns. Check it out. I think Joann’s out did themselves this year coming out with new yarns and I’m really enjoying it. 👏👏👏👏👏👏
Just curious, as I don't knit socks, could you use the Monkey sock pattern for a hat? What about an Argyle pattern? In black, white and grey would look so cool.
You could make a fidget toy for the hands project with multiple textures and shapes sort of thing. Or gauntlets. Or a fancy patterned jewelry glove bracelet ring combo thing attached by a triangle sort of thing like the jewelry they wear in India. I don't know what it's called. Maybe some pretty lacey ruffly sleeve extenders that drape over your hands to fancy up stuff. Like they used in Victorian times, to match their lace collars. Might need to have them each have a sort of ring on them to attach to a finger and hold them over your hand, like they have on long sleeves that come to a point on back of hand on wedding dresses. Just some random ideas.
I'm in the same boat.... Working on it as I watch.
I guess I’m in good company then. 🥰
Fingerless gloves. Or a muff. Solid color and then surface crochet a design. Easy peasy.
I love this idea. Thank you
I watched that review, too!! And I was just thinking how much I appreciate your positivity!

Oooooooooo
I got an idea!
Panda hand puppet😁
That sounds really cute and would use all the colors
@anotheryarn or even panda paw mittens. 😁💖🐼
I'm sure our favorite panda would be honored. Hmmm may have talked myself into another project.😅💖
❤ love your red hat. Nice for your office hats
That’s what I was thinking

Wow, congratulations on the interview, sounds like an amazing position too.
Hubby and I both prayed, where two or more come into agreement
@@anotheryarn 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
Good luck with your interview. Happy Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas 🎄
@@franpinson67 thank you! & SAME TO YOU!
@@anotheryarn well I got it!!!🙌🥰🥳🥳
What about a worry worm. They are very cute and thoughtful. ❤
That is a good idea, I could see adding them to a base of sorts, lots of worms hanging off. A kids delight
#TeamAnotherYarn!
I’m going to do my best to make you proud
@@anotheryarn You got this!! :)
I don’t know where November has gone either! I can’t even blame it on being sick! 😅
We are going to blink and be in December. This year is just about over.
I think the hat is working up rather neat. I could see it in a sweater giving kind of a tiger striping effect with the darker red sections.
That would be really nice. I like that idea

I like the way this is knitting up in a simple beanie. What are you making with yours?
I love you Shannon - you make me laugh - I so do the same - they can't make us lol = have a great day
I’m steadily working on my hand thing. I’m determined to get Plan A done but am so not against going Plan B if needed. 😊
I've used that red to make Christmas Stockings. I thought it looked fine.
Oh, I can see that working up really nicely.

Elf hats sound like a lot of fun.
Yes, November flew by. I still haven't designed my November Monster of the Month!
We are both behind then. November flew by
@anotheryarn I worked up two monsters last night. Now I just have to type it up! I hope you're making good progress with the HvH project!
@ I am, it’s coming along nicely, or at least passable at a “hand thing”
How about a fur lined muff very Victorian style with those colors ❤
This sounds really nice, I like where you are going here.
Mwauhaha, I was wondering why you haven't mentioned HVH 😂😂😂
Yep, I outed myself. Where did November go?

Yes, the pattern used for the Monkey socks. I’ve not k it Argyle socks before. It does sound lovely

I like the way you are thinking, you’ve definitely mentioned some of my “Plan B” options 🥰
Yesterday comment wasnt working 😮 . Yeah today 😊
RUclips is weird sometimes, there is no reason for it half the time.
Make a furry muff!
Definitely a Plan B item. It’s only one 🤭
