Nobody can afford ANY Ferrari except the rich anyways and Ferrari is a snobbish company who sells to a "special club" of people who all the new cars are reserved for! They choose their customers and first time customers can only buy a used one !
from the side view it looks like the front and rear are two different cars. Front is boxy like a Senna and rear is curvy. I like it from the front door back. Top front view the proportions are awful with the small canopy sitting in a wide rectangle.
What is the purpose of having a gloss black bar across the front of the F80? It definitely does not make this car any more beautiful than having it colour coded to match the rest of the body, in my opinion.
If you think it looks like Lego, then fine, but don’t tell me the f40’s surfacing is flowy and elegant. I think the F80 is the first iconic Ferrari design since the Enzo. The LaFerrari has bad proportions and no true unity in its lines. The F80 is in contrast boldly modernistic and conceptual. Most spectators who criticize it for its blockiness incoherently praise the f40. They fail to recognize that the vertical surfacing here is a natural modern progression of the lateral surfacing of the F40 and F50, which is similarly vertical and mostly in right angles with the top surfaces. The f80 only took it a step further.
It ain't a Ferrari to me ! Starting with the front end I see garbage. Now moving ot the middle I see garbage. And continuing on to the rear I see garbage. And finally to the very top view again I see garbage! Also, the powerplant is garbage. Quiet garbage! And my final analysis, garbage!
Looks impressive, but 1200 horsepower compared to Koenigsegg Gemera's 2300 horsepower or Rimac Nevera R 2100 horsepower or even Bugatti Tourbillon's 1800 horsepower.... is not competitive at all. The F80 will barely defeat a Tesla Model S Plaid in a drag race to the half mile... Looks: Impressive. Power? Not impressed.
It might be worth checking the weight of all the cars mentioned. I’m sure the F80 won’t feel underpowered. And to be fair, I don’t think Ferrari’s priority is defeating a Tesla in a drag race
It's a track monster, nevera slower than base ferrari 296gtb at the nurburgring, you can expect this thing will humiliate any koenigsegg, buggati and rimac on track
As the guy above me said: This thing blitzes every other production car around a track. They're just withelding the times until customer cars are being delivered.
Here we go again. I remember in 1990 the conversation was the same between the Ferrari F40 and Koenig Testarrossa Competition (478hp vs 1000hp). Weight is important to corner faster and save the brakes from massive wear after a few laps around a track. If you want to compare them in a sprint race, of course the F80 is slower, but the Ferrari philosophy has to do with the track and the pleasure of driving for its clients. If you really want to compare these monsters with the F80, I don't doubt that on a track with high speed curves the monsters are faster, however this is not so linear on tracks with medium and low speed curves with a mix of them. Most of the tracks are a mix of curves at different speeds, so I think the F80 should balance the scales, although it doesn't have as many horsepower. If you really want to compare cars, only one way is fair, is to have them all under the same regulations and if you want the top of car racing, then go to F1 or WEC. I don't remember seeing victories in any of these championships from Koenig, Bugatti and Rimac, in these last 50 years, and that's why the launch of a Ferrari is much more approached about than any other brand. Ferrari's real competition comes from McLaren and Porsche for different reasons, the first because, along with Ferrari, it has the most victories in F1 and the second because it has the most victories in endurance races. That's why it's called the holy trinity of cars. If you want to compare monsters with monsters then why not a devil sixteen? 5000Hp.
Look at that beast!! Hope to see one in person someday!
Nice Lego car
exactly what I was going to say!
Knee jerk reactions, people will get over it. I remember everyone disliked the 458 and La Ferrari when they debuted too.
I don't know why people are hating on the design so much. This and the new Temerario look awesome.
Well..........F80 looks like a lego, but W1 looks like "hotweels".
0:35 only super rich can afford F80 4:38 car is awesome

Love the F80!!
I guess it’s about you guys cause I love it. Sharp as a knife. I don’t know what to say cause I like it.

Seems to follow in the design and style of the 12Cilindri, which I believe takes the cue from the “Daytona”, as it’s commonly referred to.
They should give the public a chance to design certain cars on paper, like a competition, the best design get a price..??
The noise in the background, I guess this is in the New York showroom!
Great video!
Thank you so much!
It's a design that appeal more to younger age group.
But the finishing, built quality and paint job is impressive as always with Ferrari ❤
How Much does it cost in U.S of A money
What kind of downgrade from LaFerrari with a V12 engine to V6!! Ferrari, are you kidding me 🤔
How look at the Aston martin valhalla ...I know which I'd prefer.
They are not comparable in terms of performance.
Valhalla is a masterpiece in comparison to this.
@jansedlak8505 they certainly are, and it's way cheaper
@stevielowe2853 They are clearly not. Look at the downforce figures. F80 produces 1050 kgs at 250kp and Valhalla 650kgs at 250kph.
@jansedlak8505 they clearly are look at the performance figures.
Dammit...it's growing on me.
Haha! I will say, it does look better in person! Everyone I know who has seen it in person says the same thing too
Told you
The lego car
Worst design Ferrari ever Produced a total disgrace to the Prancing Horse! Bring Back Pininfarina and the Naturally Aspirated 12 Cylinder 💪🏼
Totally agree, a v12 biturbo or v12 hybrid would be great! Pininfarina was the Best of rarri
Why do you care tho you will never own one they are all sold out Ferrari know what they are doing
You can find V12 in other Ferrari models. F80 needs to use the V6 engine to compete against other hypercars.
Agree 100%
You’re wrong

It's more with light

LaFerrari's front started to look plasticky for today's standards.
Epic ❤
Certainly epic!

The first full scale Ferrari LEGO TECHNIC model in U.S.A🤣🤣🤣

Drag races don't matter. Take this thing on track.

As for me, the F80 is ugly at front. Boring lights, wide black element. Its rims with black is the worst looking Ferrari rims i've ever seen.

Don’t like the design direction Ferrari is going in
Sterile, dead design... No fluidity.
Form follows function.
Just remove that mustache get it paint matched
Buy this car and put it away, what's the problem?
It tries way too hard. And fails.
mi sembra un fiat doblo' .
I’m sure its performance must be groundbreaking, too bad it’s ugly 🫣. I’ll take an F40 or F50 over this if thing any day 😉
Ugly and most foolish car in the world. I'm a designer
