Rolling Stones | The Stones Feature Film that Never Was

After the success of the Beatles' feature films "A Hard Day's Night" and "Help", manager Andrew Oldham announced that the Stones were planning to start shooting their own feature film. First it was supposed to be a film called "Back, Behind and In Front". Then it was "Only Lovers Left Alive", based on Dave Wallis' book of the same name. In the end, the project never got off the ground. This is the story of the Rolling Stones' feature film that never was.
